Will oil get in my hair?
We use a modest amount of nourishing oil on the scalp and can adjust if you need to return to work or campus right after—tell us upfront and we will use lighter product or focus more on dry techniques over the hair where possible.
Is a head massage good for migraines?
Many guests find it soothing for mild tension headaches and screen strain. If you have severe or sudden migraines, or neurological symptoms, please consult your doctor first—we are happy to adapt pressure and avoid areas you flag as sensitive.
Do I need to take my clothes off?
No. You remain comfortably clothed in a seated or reclined position. We only need access to your head, neck, and optionally upper shoulders—no full-body draping required.
Can you include my neck and shoulders?
