Sports massage often includes faster flushing strokes and sport-specific areas; deep tissue is slower, layer-by-layer knot work. Tell us your goal—recovery, maintenance, or pre-event—and we will guide you.
I’m not an athlete—can I still book?
Yes. If you walk a lot, climb metro stairs, or lift at work, your muscles still benefit from targeted recovery work.
